8/21 Golden Gate Park Cross Country Run - 5k

Start: Upper Speedway Meadow

Finish: Lower track Polo Fields, GG Park

Course Description: Start at the "big tree" in Upper Speedway Meadow (near restrooms). Run on grass, exit onto bike path just before Polo Fields. Stay on paved path past Polo Fields parking lot and continue to follow path around 43rd Avenue/Chain of Lakes Drive. Path curves to the right onto JFK Drive and becomes a dirt path. Remain on dirt path on JFK Drive, continue past start area and remain on (now) paved path through Polo Fields parking lot, exit right (downhill)to lower Polo Fields finish.
