2012 VOLUNTEERS

DSE is run by volunteers and each race requires at least five volunteers to assist the Race Director. We would like two volunteers to handle registration from 8-9am before the race, and three volunteers to assist with finish line timing/stringing from 8:55am to the race end. Our longer races require additional volunteers for aid stations and course monitors.

Look for the volunteer sign up sheet at the registration table. For more information, contact Kevin at dse.pekingduck@juno.com or 415-751-9653 (after 7pm). Thank you for your continued support in putting on our weekly races.

Members will receive a trophy for volunteering at least twice in a year. A large trophy will be given to members that volunteer at least four times or volunteer for the Double Dipsea race, provided that other requirements are met. See Awards page for more details.
